What happens when I hit 100 items on Free?
Your existing items stay exactly as they are — you just won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade or remove a few.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Open the billing portal from "Manage billing" in your account to change your billing cycle — yearly saves you about 19% over paying monthly.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy. Houseload never stores your card details.
What if I cancel?
Manage cancellation in the billing portal. Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms instruct you to contact them at least 48 hours before your billing period ends to cancel before renewal. If less time remains, use the portal promptly and contact Lemon Squeezy; check their confirmation for the effective date. You keep paid access through the period you have paid for, then move back to Free. Cancellation does not delete your records. See our Terms for refund requests and your statutory rights.
